Recently I have been bored with the game and I have decided to lvl a new job. After talking to alot of ppl, I wanted to keep it eastern and go MNK. (I will not lvl ninja I swear) After getting what I think to be the right equips for lvling mnk sans h2h equips I got a Brown belt, fuma kyhana,
The 40 lvl gi, and ochi kotes. Can anyone tell me how long I can use the equips or give me any advice on the ways of mnk? any help would be greatly appreciated... ^^

Was just awesome. They did a 4 song set that started with Cygnus > L'Via > The Widow > Drunkenship
Best part of the show tho was L'Via. At the end of Cygnus the music got all quiet, no one on the stage was moving, but then the Drummer stood up and just rocked into L'Via. I was so amazed by it. In all I am very happy this was my first concert. I couldn't help but smile when they came on stage. just a awesome experience... |

Yup, Joker casting news yet again, not like any of you care tho.
Late this fall there will be screen tests for the pale one. Lachey Hulme and Paul beattny will be doing the only 2 screen tests during the fall. There is a call for 2 more in the winter but those aren't filled yet.
One of the ppl that could take a screen test this fall is a man named Steven Carell, IMDB SAYS = http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0136797/
Looking at that picture on IMDB gives me the creeps. He has the face for it, and by god I know the man can do this part. If you have ever seen the daily show or any of the office you know he has the sarcastic tone for the Joker.
Now here is the sad part. He doesn't fair well against Bale does he? he isn't tall enough, isn't built enough it seems. And ppl may take him to be to comical. Also, he isn't pretty enough. Yea I said it. Lookiing at hulme and Beattny, Carell doesn't come close to how well these men look. Which is sad because why is it casting ppl look for that? Considering the man will be under white make up anyways...
In all I know Mark Hamill will not get this part, but a GREAT alt. who would do a great job is Steve Carell. That and he would look cool as hell in a purple suit... oh well... |

As I sit here and listen to one of the greatest intros the Joker has never had I think I should shed some light on the greatest villian EVER. Yea I said ever. better then anything in FF. So first download the song I am listening to and think to your self this picture...
You see a man sitting in a dark room in a chair. His hands are interlocked with themselevs and he sits slouched in his chair. You can barley see the purple tint from his suit. His hair looks sort of green and he says almost whisper like...

You then see flashes of people smiling. Barbara gordon Shot in the spine. Naked even. More shots of people smiling. Flash back to the man in the chair. The camera gets closer and closer And whispers again...

More flashes of people smiling. Then the camera comes close to the the man in purple with a grin. And he whipsers one more time. "They will understand this!" And then he slaps the camera with a Joker Fish! lol
In all Who would you want sitting in that chair. Lets go over some of the people who are in for the role right now.
Lacey Chulme: He was sparks in the matrix 2 and 3 and video game.
Paul bettany: I haven't got a clue what he was in. Wasn't he in that tennis movie with Mary Jane?
Crispin Glover: Charlies Angels and the first back to the future.
Sean Penn: Um Fasttimes and the game.
Mark Hamill: he is luke skywalker and the joker from the animated series.
The first 4 have one thing in common. They all look like the joker in one sense or the other. Which is fine if I was going to CAST a role because of that I surely would pick Crispin Glover. I mean he has the creepyness in him. Watch Willard. But I will be damned if they cast an unknown in this role. It is the FREAKING JOKER PEOPLE! COME ON!
So if there was a god, and there is but he doesn't want Mark Hamill to play, the role would be given to Mark Hamill. Who cares if he would be pushing 60 by the time the film would be made. Look at Jack Nicholson. He didn't look like him at all and did an awful job at it. Mark has been doing the joker sine 1992. Give the man hie due rights and play the greatest villlian he has been playing for years. GOD DO YOU HEAR ME?!?!?
So since we all know that will never happen lets look at the others ppl want. Lacey and Bettany look like the Joker yea but I need angst damn it. And I do not think either of them have the acting chops to do so. So lets look at the other 2. Crisipn Glover like I stated ealier would be a good choice. Altho the interweb has had him in this role for years. He looks like a Joker and can do creppy very well. I think he could pull it off nicely. But something about Sean Penn makes me happy. The man isn't funny. He even looks scary to me. I think Sean could not only pull the role right he would be a great counter to Bales Batman. We all know Sean can act which puts him a little above Crispin. And I think they should keep Bale and who ever plays the Joker upset with each other off set. I want them to be treated differently. I want the joker to have bad coffee, a shitty trailer, no cable, no water, I want him to play with a deck of cards all day. I want Nolan, if he directs again, to treat the actor who plays the joker, like shit off set. I want them to hate them. I want Bale to hate him. I want there to be tension on set that when you see The Batman see the Joker for the first time you can see that Batman wants to kill him for the things he has done.
So in all who would you want to play the Joker?? I am done with my soap box ^^ |

From J-rams Entry there was a thread that explains some of the Mars Volta album. and I do not want my own replies to go to waste and no one see them so I am going to post them here as well.
Reading some of the stuff on that volta album scares me a little. Recap of that thread goes like this.
This is somewhat a family Tree for what I can understand... Miranda (Grandma) > Frances (Sister to L'Via Mother to Cygnus Miranda's Daughter) > L'Via (Aunt to Cygnus sister to Frances Daughter to Miranda) > Cygnus (Son to Frances and grandson to Miranda.)
Frances tho is a girl, was raped and murdered by a priest in Pureto Rico with other priests watching. Her belly was cut and Cygnus was taken from her womb and she was hung upside by her ankles to bleed to death. L'Via was there for it all and feld after it was done.
At age 25 Cygnus is pissed off as we cal all tell and is A:drug dealer or B: Male HIV-Positive prostitute to support his own drug habit. It mentions that he is upset that he is born a male. He wants to take revenge on the 25 ppl of whom raped and murdered women?
here is where it gets tricky. The Widow that is mentioned is Frances. Altho she was "killed by cutting at her nave and being upside down to bleed to death" She meets Cygnus for his services (drugs and sex I would imagine)"The most notable reason for this theory is the fact that Omar says The Widow is Frances, and yet, in FTM, Cygnus describes in graphic detail Frances' murder by a man who disembowels her, steals Cygnus from out of her womb, and hangs her up by the ankles for seven days to bleed to death. As she can't have simultaneously been murdered at Cygnus' birth, and go on to buy drugs/sex from him twenty-five years later, somebody's got to be lying here, and I doubt it's Omar..."
As we all know Cygnus is upset and pissed and it is possible that he suffers from multiple personalites. (As stated in Cassandra Geminni). From what I understand most ppl have this because of a bad bad memory. So lets say that Frances wasn't killed and that the "Cutting of her stomach and Taking Cygnus from the womb" was really Frances Being Raped then when the Child was born, was taken from her against her will. To a mom I guess this could feel like death "Being hung upside down and bleeding to death" And maybe the father was a priest as the story suggests. Of which maybe that was why Cygnus was taken from her. interesting.... Ah, lets add to that.
Cygnus found L'Via Who saw the rape of Frances and Fled. The "owls" have time and time again blackmailed her to make sure she doesn't speak of anything that happened with the church. Is this when Cygnus finds out about the 25 ppl mentioned aboved? The ones who will pay for his mothers rape? He mentions to L'Via that she should watch out for herself for there are many who want her dead. Of which ends up happining because she is found raped and killed. Cygnus who is distraught at the rape and murder of his aunt vows to revenge her. It is mentioned in the thread that it could be possible that Cyngus killed her. Maybe not Cygnus but Cassandra for the rape of his own mother and her not doing anything about it. Who knows it is a mystery...
So Cygnus meets Miranda, his grandma. He found her by clues from L'Via. During the conversation she expresses deep sadness and anger at the corrupt (priests?) men whohave caused Cygnus so much pain. She has time and time again try to tell ppl of the crime that was against Frances but no one would listen to her, because they are afraif of the reprisals by the powerful men behind the crime. (Miranda that Ghost isn't Holy anymore.)
Cassandra Geminni...Who is this wonder twin? could it be Cyngus Twin who commits these murders? Or is it a feminine alter-ego of Cygnus in his "true form" (Yea alter-egos are the true form of ppl IE BATMAN and Bruce Wayne) Ppl mention that it could be Miranda's Alter Ego but she is to old for this...
What makes me think that she was just raped and that Cygnus is very upset for Frances not doing anything when he was taken from her was the line in the Decoder single "This never happened, but I saw you leave and crawl into a bed of broken windows." Hurts to say the least...

In any case FTM decoder single, is a journal entry right? So After having the above info in my mind I see it as one...
What if what L'Via told him was that She was raped and hung by her ankles and he was stole from her. To Protect him or something. Maybe by doing this she felt she could protect him from the ppl that were blackmailing her. So this way he wouldn't do anything....
Little did she know that it would only enrage him further and eventually bring her own death... Poor L'Via... |

Well long story short, I am out of the game for a long long time.
I have this internet problem, I can see on my DSL modem that I am getting TO much traffic coming into my modem which makes me time out after a short while. It seems to be fine when I am after a restart but it gets bigger and bigger and finaly will time me out of anything that I am doing. SO after a fresh format I have tried many times to update (11386 files) from FFXI. But alas this internet problem is keeping me from doing so. the DSL company says something is wrong with my computer, My Computer company says something is wrong with the DSL. I can't figure it our nor can I find any problem with either.... le sigh.... Does anyone out there have ANY idea on what is going on ?
